The office is on Kenwood Street in Alexandria, a few blocks from Broadway. Parking is on site. If you are coming from out of town, call first and Janet will make sure she is there and not at a showing in Osakis.
What to include
The form asks for your name, phone and a short message. Helpful extras:
- Buying: towns or lakes you are considering, price range, and how soon you need to move
- Selling: the property address and whether you would like a free home value analysis
- A specific listing: the address or MLS number and when you would like to see it
- Relocating: where you are moving from and what matters most (schools, commute, lake access)
If you are on the way to a showing
Text is best. Janet gets the address and the time you can be there, and she confirms while she is between appointments. If you are meeting her at a property outside Alexandria, say Long Prairie or Willmar, give her thirty to forty-five minutes of notice so the seller can be told and the lockbox code confirmed.
