Janet always made us feel like we were most important to her. Even when I was feeling hopeless, Janet remained positive reminding me our perfect home was out there. We also had a house to sell. Janet went above and beyond making sure our house was show ready. Janet worked hard at marketing our house and made personal phone calls to other realtors to get the word out. In the end, we found our forever home, sold our house and Janet was with us every step of the way.

Janet's professionalism, honestly, and hard work ethic were evident in the listing she created, the advertising pushes she made, and the showings she gave. Janet made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps like giving staging tips, finding unique ways of advertising (using social media, paired open houses, etc.), and using food to give the home a welcoming feel during open houses.

She took the anxiety out of the negotiation process for me, responded quickly to my calls, and was patient with my many questions. I was always confident that Janet was looking out for my best interest. I highly recommend her as an agent!

From the first phone call, Janet made sure that anything that I needed or wanted was taken care of. She is detailed and makes sure to explain anything and everything thoroughly so I understand everything about the house buying process. I would and have been referring friends and family to Home Match Realty because I am confident that she will help everyone in the same manner. She cares about her clients more than the money and that is the best thing about her.

We moved from California to Minnesota without having located a new home. We answered a Zillow ad for a lovely house in Redwood Falls. That is where we met Janet Matchinsky as our realtor. She fully assessed our wants and needs as we toured that house and over the next couple of days. That one didn't work out for us.

Yet Janet was not discouraged during the whole time we spent with her. Two days later she had showed us about a dozen houses. During that time Janet was thoughtful, thorough, business oriented, compassionate, and an overall lovely lady. The last house we saw was in Buffalo Lake. It was a very charming house, and we loved it. We settled on that one and made it our home. We closed a few days later. We're happy to have made a friend in Janet, and luckily she visits us from time to time.
