The lake
Sauk Lake is a 2,126-acre lake on the Sauk River with the city of Sauk Centre at its south end. It has more than 22 miles of shoreline and five public accesses including two DNR ramps.
Sauk Lake is the second-largest of the 6 Todd County lakes on this site, after Lake Osakis (Lake Osakis straddles the Douglas and Todd county line). About 65% of it is under 15 feet deep, the zone the DNR calls littoral, where most aquatic plants grow, so shallow water makes up most of the lake.
From the middle of Sauk Lake, as the crow flies, it is about 3 miles to Sauk Centre and 10 miles to Grey Eagle. Janet's office in Alexandria is 22 miles to the west.

We were in the market for a cabin and met Janet, with our first visit to a cabin we were interested in. Janet worked tirelessly to help us find a place that met our requirements. She was extremely knowledgeable of lakes, homes and their backgrounds. I would recommend Janet for any real estate needs.
